Websites for construction subcontractors, from foundations to roofing. Europe, the US and worldwide.
General contractors, developers or owners of major projects directly. You sell your work to people who check who they’re dealing with first.
The business is three years old or more. You have completed projects, a team and revenue. Not a startup, not a hypothesis. You’re the owner or a managing partner.
There isn’t one. Or it was built long ago, between projects, and hasn’t changed since. The company has grown. The site doesn’t reflect your real caliber.
We start by analyzing your business model, audience and competitors. On that basis come the site structure, copy, design and development. Not the other way around. Every project is built for a specific business, not assembled from ready-made blocks.
We take the site live. The domain, hosting and all passwords are yours. We give you personal training on managing the content. We set up analytics. You run the site yourself, without calling a developer.
The first month of support is included in the project price: questions, edits, small improvements. After that, you choose: support on request or a full maintenance plan. Then whatever the business needs: a company presentation, a logo, a LinkedIn profile, Google and Meta ads. All from one team – the same people who analyzed your business.
Order a free mockup of the top section of your homepage and put us to the test on your own project. No questionnaires, no homework: we’ll find out everything we need in one short conversation, by call or by message, whichever suits you. In three days, the mockup is yours.
If the mockup works for you, we take it on: it becomes the top section of your homepage.
If it doesn’t, we part ways with no invoice. The mockup stays with you, free.
Leonid Matiouchenok
Founder of SiteCraft web studio
Hello. I’m Leonid Matiouchenok, founder of SiteCraft web studio. I’ve been in internet marketing since 2013 and opened my first studio in 2016.
The studio works like a construction project, and I’m the general contractor. A designer does the design, a developer builds the site, and a separate specialist runs ads after launch. They are all people the studio has worked with for years. I personally handle the substance: analyzing your business, the structure and the copy. And I sign off on every stage before you see it.
The person you discuss the task with at the very start is the person you work with until delivery. There are no middlemen between us.
I lead no more than three projects at a time. Three is the limit at which I remember each one in detail: what the company is, who its clients are, what the site needs to say and why.
SiteCraft is a registered company in Norway. The organization number and bank account are at the bottom of this page, and you can verify them in a minute. I am personally accountable for every project we launch.
2013
Started a career in internet marketing.
2016
Founded my first web studio.
2022
Launched my own SEO project.
2024
Relaunched the web studio under the SiteCraft brand.
The site was handed over, the money is gone, and a week later something stopped working. The contractor doesn’t pick up the phone, and you’re left with a system you don’t understand. Like a defect on site with no one left to fix it.
For the first month after launch, we’re right there: questions, edits, small improvements – all included in the project price. After that, we stay in touch for a simple reason: the studio lives on repeat business and referrals. A contractor who disappears gets neither. You know how that works from your own business.
You’ve been recommended. The client types your company name into the search bar and finds nothing. Or finds a classified ad, a profile in an outdated directory, a different firm with a similar name. The check is over before it started.
The site is built so that a search for your company name shows you on Google, not directories or namesakes. Technical setup, search engine registration and a sitemap are part of every package. Whoever looks for you online will find you.
To change a phone number or add photos of a completed project, you have to email the developer and pay for “small edits.” The website runs you, not the other way around.
The site is built on WordPress, with a dashboard you can handle without an in-house IT person. After launch, we show you on the live site how to change copy and contact details and add projects. From there, it’s up to you, no developer needed. Stuck? We’re here.
Your site gets opened when someone is checking you out: a client after a recommendation, a general contractor before prequalification, a candidate before an interview. The impression forms before the first conversation, and a slow load can ruin it before the person has read a single word about your company.
Speed is part of the build, not a fix afterward. Lightweight code, compressed images, clean layout. Easy to check: open any site from our projects section on your phone.
At the start, the amount looked reasonable, but along the way “work not included in the estimate” keeps turning up. By handover, the total is noticeably higher than what you budgeted.
Payment by stage: structure and copy, design, development, launch. Before each stage, you get an invoice with a scope document (scope of work, price, timeline and the deliverable you receive). Once invoiced, a stage’s price doesn’t change. And the first invoice comes only after the free mockup, when you’ve already seen our work in action.
The project stalls at “please send us the copy.” After a day on site, writing about your company is the last thing on your mind. And writing about your work in a way that convinces a stranger is a craft of its own – not yours.
No homework: copywriting is included in every package. You tell us about your business and clients; the rest is our job. And not a single line goes on the site without your approval: you can simply check the facts, edit every sentence, or bring your own copy and we’ll polish it. How involved you get is up to you.
The site is handed over – and becomes a black box. Is it being updated, has it picked up malware, does anyone visit at all? No idea. All you can do is trust that everything is fine.
You get guides for running the site yourself either way: they’re part of the handover. If you’d rather not deal with it at all, we’ll put the site on a maintenance plan for $34/month or $339/year. Every month, you get a report: what was updated, malware scans, loading speed, and traffic (how many people visited, from where and which pages they viewed). The report is generated by an independent monitoring service, not by us. You see everything under the hood instead of guessing.
A template website only talks about itself: stock photos, “a team of professionals,” “high quality and on time.” A client opened it before a meeting with one question – can you handle their project – and closed it knowing no more about you than before. All that’s left is one impression: just like everyone else.
The site is built around the client’s questions, not a story about yourself: what projects you have behind you, who you’ve worked for, whether you can handle their scale. The copy answers these directly, and the design shapes the impression: a person will be checking you out, and the eye decides before the mind does. A template gives your company slots designed before you came along. Here, the design is built around your actual projects, locations, team and numbers, so the caliber people see on site is visible right at the top of your homepage.
The site does its job at the moment someone who was referred to you decides whether to call.

You don’t have to take the biggest package. A landing page for $1,119 is already a full contractor website. If you need new lines of work or languages, we’ll add them. If not, the site works just fine as is.
Not a trial version and not a placeholder. A full company website on one page: specialization, projects, registration details – everything a client looks at when checking you out.
When you need more, we add new pages to the working site: lines of work, projects, language versions. WordPress is modular, and the design is already worked out on the landing page. The company website grows out of it: nothing already built gets torn down or paid for again.
WordPress is the most widely used website management system in the world. There are specialists in it in every country, so any developer can continue the work, not just us. If you decide to switch contractors, the site stays yours and keeps working.
Each stage is a separate invoice. The scope, price, timeline and deliverable are written into the scope document before work starts and don’t change afterward. Until you’ve signed off on a stage, the next one doesn’t start and isn’t paid for. And before the first invoice, you get a free mockup of the top section of your homepage.
1.
We start with analysis: clients, projects, competitors. Based on that, we build the site structure and write the copy for every section.
You get: a document with the structure and all the copy of your future website.
2.
The designer designs every page based on the approved copy.
You get: a link to the design of all pages that you can view in a browser on your phone or computer, no special software needed.
3.
The developer builds the site on WordPress from the design: phone and tablet versions, fast loading, technical setup.
You get: a working site at a temporary address. Inspect it from any device, like a project before sign-off.
4.
The site moves to your domain. We hand over the hosting, the admin panel and user guides. From then on, you run the site yourself. One month of support is included, and we stay in touch after that too.
You get: a live website; the domain, hosting and all access credentials in your name.
I ordered a landing page and a logo for our roofing services – we needed to show that we do this kind of work. SiteCraft got to grips with the task, put together the structure, wrote the copy and did the design. I approved everything the first time, with no revisions. The site opens instantly. After launch, we stayed with them on a maintenance plan: everything works, no issues.
JBYGG AS roofing,
Drammen,
Norway
Our website and logo were made in 2016: one of those cases where you choose a contractor once and for the long term. Ten years later, the company is running and so is the website. All this time it has been maintained by SiteCraft – updates and technical issues are handled without my involvement. In ten years, it never once crossed my mind to look for someone else. Now we’re planning to update the project photos.

Go by the structure of your business. One line of work: the “Landing Page,” your whole business on one page. Several lines of work, each needing its own page: the “Company Website.” You need not just a website but also a presentation, a logo and LinkedIn: the “Digital Presence Kit.” Not sure? Start small. A landing page can be built out to any of these sizes.
Working with us is fully legally binding: we work under published Terms of Service as a registered company in Norway. The Terms are published on this site (link at the very bottom of the page), and paying an invoice means accepting them. It’s the same as a contract, just without exchanging signed papers. The specifics of each stage are set in writing: before the start, you receive an invoice and a scope document. The scope document spells out the scope of work, price, timeline and deliverable in detail. Payment makes the deal legally binding on the agreed terms.
Yes. All work is done remotely: discussions by call or by message, documents and invoices online. Registered company in Norway, invoices in USD. Your company can be based anywhere.
Yes. Phone and tablet versions are included in every package at no extra cost. A client can open the site on a smartphone right on the job site and see everything they need.
Yes. After launch, we train you: how to change copy and contact details and add project photos. The user guides stay with you. From then on, you can manage without a developer, and if something doesn’t work out, we’re here.
The first month is included in the project price: questions, edits, small improvements. After that, there are two options: reach out as needed, or put the site on our maintenance plan for $34/month or $339/year. On the maintenance plan, you get a monthly report on the site’s health: updates, malware scans, speed, traffic.
Yes. An additional language version: +20% to the project budget, translation included. The Digital Presence Kit already includes one additional version.
The technical foundation is part of every package: search engine setup, loading speed, analytics, a sitemap. If you later decide to run Google or Meta ads, it’s a continuation of the same work: your business has already been analyzed, and the same person who built the site is accountable for the result. This is discussed separately, after launch.
Send us an inquiry, and we’ll get in touch with a few quick questions about your company and projects, by call or by message. In three days, we’ll send a mockup of the top section of your homepage. If it works for you, we’ll send a proposal with the exact price, timeline and a stage-by-stage plan. The decision is yours.
