NordPro Invest is a major Latvian general contractor: industrial and commercial projects, more than twelve service lines. A business like this is hard to fit into a website without the client getting lost. We designed the architecture: 20+ pages, a separate page for each service, three languages. A structure where an engineer or buyer finds what they need on the first visit.

NordPro Invest handles complex industrial and commercial projects, and the company offers more than twelve services, from construction to procurement. None of this scale was visible online: the website reflected neither the range of work nor the caliber of clients the company works with. And the larger and more diverse a contractor is, the harder it is to present all of this so that a B2B client (an engineer, buyer or investor) doesn’t drown in the list of services but quickly finds what they need.
We started with architecture, not design. We designed a 20+ page sitemap: a separate page for each of the 12+ services, grouped into three clear lines of work. We tied them together with a three-level mega menu so a client reaches the right service in a couple of clicks. We added three languages (LV, EN, RU) for the Latvian market, international partners and Russian-speaking clients. The design is strict and calm, with nothing extra: for a B2B client, finding and understanding things quickly matters more than being impressed by visuals.
This contractor’s client is a company, not a private individual, and the top of the homepage speaks its language: strict design with nothing extra, an architectural background and the offer “Your strategic partner in construction.” Not a single mass-market element: from the first seconds, it’s clear this is a contractor of industrial scale.
Dumping a list of more than twelve services on a client all at once means overloading them. So we put a top level above the details. All capabilities are grouped into three lines of work: construction, interior work and procurement. The client first grasps the full picture and then digs into what they came for.
More than twelve services can easily turn a menu into a jumble of links. We designed a three-level mega menu where the whole structure is visible at once and organized by line of work. An engineer or buyer reaches the right service in a couple of clicks without wandering through sections.
More than twelve services means twelve pages, and they are all built on one template: an offer, an expert description, an airy magazine-style layout. As clients move between services, they see the same logic everywhere: not a patchwork of pages made at different times, but one system.
On a site with 20+ pages, a client shouldn’t have to search for the contact button. We placed one simple form across the entire site: from any service page, you can ask a question or request a consultation without going back to the contacts page.
In B2B, people check the footer: who you are, where you’re registered, how to get in touch. We put everything here: the logo, full navigation, contacts and the company’s legal details. A client who reads to the bottom gets the answer to “who am I dealing with” without leaving the page.
As a result, the company now has a coherent system: 20+ pages across three lines of work, a separate page for each service, a mega menu and three languages. A structure where a B2B client finds what they need without wandering. Everything a general contractor of this scale should look like online is in place and in order.
We start the same way we did here, by analyzing your business: what you do, for whom, and what your reputation rests on. Then come the structure, copy, design and a website built around it. We’ll show you the top section of your homepage for free, in three days.
