A website for Alta Stroy
Alta Stroy builds country houses near Moscow, with a portfolio of completed homes and a founder whose name carries just as much weight in this niche. The old site showed none of this. We built a multi-page website around the two things trust rests on: finished houses and the person accountable for them.

The problem
Alta Stroy has twenty-five years of work and dozens of houses built, but nothing to show for it at a meeting. The company’s owner, Yuri, came to clients with stories and a phone full of photos. Yet a country house is ordered for years ahead and for a lot of money, so clients want to see what has already been built and understand who they’re trusting with the construction. The old site didn’t provide this: no organized portfolio, no face for the company. There was a gap between the real quality of the work and what clients found about the firm.
The solution
In country house construction, trust rests on two things: finished houses and the person accountable for them. We built the site around exactly that. At the center is the portfolio: sixteen projects, each on its own page, with a filter by house type so clients can quickly find something like what they want for themselves. Next to it is a section about the founder: in construction, people don’t choose a nameless company but a specific person, and we gave that person a face and a voice. Plus a foundation for growth in search: basic SEO, analytics and a blog.
Key project decisions
The top of the homepage says the company handles everything turnkey
Someone ordering a country house is afraid of piecing the construction together from parts: one crew digs, another lays bricks, a third brings in water. So the top of the homepage has a direct offer, “from site layout to move-in,” along with twenty-five years in the market. People immediately see that one company handles the whole house, rather than them acting as their own foreman.
A portfolio with a filter by house type
This is everything the site was built for. Sixteen built houses, each with its own page, filterable by material: wood or stone. Clients come with a picture of their future house already in mind and immediately pick out similar ones instead of scrolling through everything. The finished projects show results, not promises.
The face of the company is the founder, not an abstract brand
People have a house built by someone they trust personally: it’s years of work and money handed over to someone else. So the site has a separate section about the founder, Yuri Budanov, with a photo and a first-person message. Clients see who they’ll be dealing with even before they call.
Each house has its own page with details
A project in the portfolio isn’t a single picture but a full page: floor area, materials, project features and a gallery of the finished house. Clients study a specific house in detail and understand the quality before the conversation.
A blog as groundwork for future search traffic
We created a blog section and wrote three starter articles targeting search queries. This doesn’t bring instant traffic and doesn’t promise it, but it lays the groundwork so that over time the company can be found in search not just by its name. The section can be developed gradually, in-house.
The result
The site became what was missing at meetings: Yuri opens it right in the conversation with a client to show built houses, the page of a specific project and himself as the founder. What used to be retold and sent over as photos is now gathered in one place and works for him. The company has also become visible in search: people find it by name right away. The project remains on our maintenance plan.
