We redesigned a website that has been bringing in clients from Google for years. Now it’s even easier for visitors to choose a service, see the price and book with the right specialist.
We built the first Salong Eureka website in 2013 and have maintained the project ever since. The salon grew, and the site kept bringing in visitors: on average 100 people a month from Google, with no paid ads. In September 2026, we added 6 new services, completely redesigned every page and improved SEO. In the first week after the work was finished, the site set a new traffic record, and ChatGPT started recommending it.

Over 13 years, the site went through several versions. We built the first one in 2013 on a beauty salon template, and the next one on Astra. It was already bringing in visits from Google, but by 2026 it no longer matched what the salon offered. New specialists and services had appeared, yet visitors still had to make sense of short descriptions and scattered pages.
We needed to keep the steady flow of visitors from search and make the site convenient for people choosing a service and wanting to book.
We split the work into two stages. The site stayed available to visitors the whole time; the updated version launched on September 23, 2026.
First, six new service pages. For them, we developed a shared visual language and structure: key information first, then procedure details, answers to common questions and a clear path to booking. We corrected the salon’s data for Google, the page markup and image descriptions. Headings and copy were written for specific services and local queries in Drammen. After these pages were published, the client ordered an update of the rest of the site.
Then, the remaining pages. In the same style, we prepared five more service pages, the homepage, the catalog, the price list and contacts. We kept existing URLs wherever the pages lived on. Four old hairdressing URLs were redirected to the new combined “Frisør” page via 301 redirects.
Black and gold were already in the salon’s logo. We carried them across the whole site: we defined colors for backgrounds, text and accents, chose two fonts, and set up buttons and spacing. The gold ring from the logo became a recurring graphic element.
On the service pages, visitors first see the essentials: what the procedure is, how much it costs and how long it takes, if the time is fixed. Below that come the steps, indications and contraindications, the specialist with a photo and answers to common questions. We chose separate search queries for each service line; hairdressing services were combined on one page, as the salon wished.
The six forms on the old homepage took up a lot of space and didn’t allow booking a haircut or permanent makeup. We replaced them with three clear routes: online booking for nails, online booking for other available procedures and a phone call for services that can’t be booked online. The links go straight to the right categories of the third-party booking service and to the right specialists, which made things much easier for visitors.
At launch, we checked 114 prices against the booking system and sorted them into six categories. The main prices are shown on the service pages, the full list in the price list. Long lists collapse: on a phone, you can open just the category you need and quickly find the service you’re interested in.
The site now has photos of the salon and the team, verbatim Google reviews and logos of the brands the specialists work with. The cosmetic procedure pages name the doctor in charge. We also updated the privacy policy and made the Google map load only after consent to cookies.
We corrected the address (the salon had moved, but the site hadn’t been updated), the postal code and the coordinates in the data for Google, and updated the service page markup and image descriptions. For each page, we prepared an SEO title and description for its service. At the salon’s request, four hairdressing pages were merged into one, with 301 redirects set up from the old URLs. Existing links keep sending visitors to the current page.
A modern design, greater visibility in local search results and in ChatGPT recommendations, and excellent optimization scores in PageSpeed Insights.
We continue to maintain the site and monitor its performance.
We are delighted with the professional and responsible approach of the SiteCraft Web Studio team. They took all our wishes into account and created an amazing website that made it into Google’s local top results, became a steady source of inquiries and significantly increased visits to our salon. Thank you for your work! We continue working together.
